Refund Policy

My goal is to provide high-quality nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness coaching that supports your long-term health. Because these services require significant time, preparation, and individualized work, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.
1. Coaching Services (Consultations, Follow-Ups, Packages)

All coaching sessions, assessments, and service packages are non-refundable.

Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be provided.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original client only.
Unused Sessions
If you purchased a package and have unused sessions, you may reschedule them within the active program period. Unused sessions are not eligible for refund.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect both your time and mine:
Client Cancellations

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full or deducted from your package.
Coach Cancellations
If I ever need to reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer the next available appointment.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged in full or have the session deducted from their package.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, with proof of the error.
5. Results Disclaimer
Because every individual is unique, I cannot guarantee any specific health or weight-related result. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived or expected outcomes.
